March 2024 LAVA Meeting

March Meeting at LVVR Sparkling Cellars

Our March meeting will be held at LVVR Sparkling Cellars.  Our speaker will be Erick Donaldson and will speak on the subject on the Liqueur de Tirage method of sparkling wine making.

Social time: 6:30pm
Meeting time: 7:00 – 8:30pm

• Bring your glasses and your homemade wines to share and critique (no outside wines please).
• Members are encouraged to purchase wines on site to support our generous hosts.
• You will NOT need your chairs.

Also bring ideas for our spring banquet to be held in May.  We will need to finalize a date to reserve a location.
